we developed a custom b2b dashboard that addressed a critical issue: client repair were mixed up due to fragmented communication. by centralising all b2b repair submissions in this dashboard, every request follows a structured workflow—submitted as a draft, reviewed, and finalised. when a b2b client selects a repair type, the system generates a quote and sends it to shopify's backend, complete with images and damage descriptions. this allows both businesses to track each step of the way, providing seamless visibility.
